At Afroyla, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Afroyla account and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
